Version 3.0 of the Cash Plan Calculator® is here!

We are very excited to announce Version 3.0 of the Cash Plan Calculator®. A lot of the new features available actually came directly from requests made by our members! This includes: the ability to change the order in which you present the payment options, change the payment options from monthly to weekly and bi-weekly, the way that plans are edited and copied, and much more. The setup and process for creating plans is even more customizable and user friendly. To see Dr. Bodzin explain each new feature, watch this recording of the webinar he did! He goes through the entire system and even answers a few questions.

Remember, this new version is available now! To start using Version 3.0 simply go to “Cash Plan Calculator® System” drop down menu –> “Cash Plan Calculator® System Setup” –> Enter in the primary account user’s password –> Step 1 takes you to “Cash Plan Calculator® Version” and from that drop down menu select Version 3 then click “Save/Next”.

Refer Friends—Earn $$$

We know that there are many benefits of being Cash Practice® Member. But did you know that we will reward you for helping your friends?                 How it works: After you have told your friends about Cash Practice® and they are ready to sign up, have them enter in your referral code. This can be found by logging into cashpractice.com and going to “My Account”—>”Refer Friends—Earn $$”.  Below is a table that will show you how much money you and your friend can earn depending on your membership.

 

                To make this process easier, there is also a tab called “Tell Your Friends”. All you need to do is simply enter in your friends name and email address and we will send them an email (on your behalf) with all of the information. You can also customize the email that we send to them! There are also banners that you can post to your website to help you refer people. So let your friends know about us! Not only are we sure that they will love cashpractice.com, but we will reward you and your friend for thinking so highly of us!

New Regulations on becoming PCI compliant

With new enforcement on being PCI DSS compliant, I thought I would touch back on a previous blog, Are You PCI DSS Compliant? The major credit card brands established the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards in an effort to hault security breaches in both small and large businesses. This is to protect the card holder from the credit card information being stolen. Failure to adhere to these guidelines can result in fines as high as $25,000 per incident. Merchants can also be held responsible for any fraudulent use of the card data.

These regulations have been around for a few years but new enforcement requires merchants to be PCI Certified. The security measures that Cash Practice.com takes already meets a good amount of these guidelines. To further assist you in the process of becoming certified, Cash Practice® Inc. has partnered with Trustwave®, an information security and compliance solutions company. Users are now required to become certified using either our partnered company or another company of their choosing. This is not specific to CashPractice.com and has nothing to do with being a chiropractor or not. ANYONE who processes credit cards is required to gain certification.
